About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant to join our close-knit, efficient operations team in Waharoa. This is a key role in our manufacturing process, where you’ll be involved in:
- Batch manufacturing and packaging of Deosan products
- Lifting bags of chemicals and forklift operation
- Quality control, maintenance, and general cleaning
- Warehouse storage, goods receipt, and dispatch logistics
You’ll be mentored by our experienced Production Manager and trained in safe manufacturing and chemical handling practices. This role is ideal for a school leaver or someone keen to kickstart their career in a successful NZ business.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, proactive, and ready to learn. You’ll thrive in a team that values safety, quality, and a good laugh. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A full, clean Class 1 NZ driver’s licence (D and F endorsements a bonus)
- Physically fit, strong, healthy and drug-free
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to health & safety
- Basic Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Willingness to learn our ERP system

Details - Full-time, Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
- Based in Waharoa
