We are Lodge Real Estate, Hamilton’s #1 real estate brand and we’re looking for an exceptional Branch Manager to lead our top-performing City Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team operations, business planning, market analysis, and resource management.
• Lead and mentor a team of award-winning real estate professionals.
• Develop and deliver effective training programs that inspire growth and excellence.
• Foster a supportive, high-trust, high-performance culture.
• Manage compliance with REAA standards and company policies.
• Build strong vendor relationships and support marketing initiatives.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and integrity, ensuring positive resolutions.
