About the Role
This role will challenge you, offer variety, and you will be a key team member who will be supported and valued.  You will work with the Business Development Manager and wider sales team, responding to and processing technical and non-technical sales orders from the initial enquiry through to completion. 

You will be preparing quotes, procuring and sourcing products.  You will check technical plans and product specifications, provide product advice and share your knowledge to ensure requested parts and suggested solutions meet our customers' needs. You will also submit orders on behalf of the management team, assist with on-site installations of the conveyor components and complete the installation for projects as requested.

You’ll be working closely with our long-standing customers, therefore, you need to be great with people, demonstrate your commitment to exceptional customer service and enjoy establishing long-term client relationships.  Clear communication and teamwork are fundamental to success in this fantastic opportunity
  
Skills and Experience we are looking for include -

• A natural mechanical aptitude with a minimum of three years hands-on mechanical manufacturing, installation and sales experience.
• A genuine interest in conveyor belts, motors and accessory machinery parts.
• Strong numerical and mathematical literacy to calculate solution requirements.
• Experience with problem solving and preparing and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
• Comfortable with utilising stock and inventory management systems.
• Experience and capability in inwards and outwards goods administration.
• Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to prioritise workloads.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to remain calm when working under time pressure, when required.
