Job Title: Information Security Engineer III
Location: Remote – USA
Top Skills Must Have

• Strong experience with audit and governance processes
• Familiarity with key regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX)
• Deep knowledge of enterprise networking, key management, and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with modern key management and cryptography tools such as:
  
  • Venafi
  • HashiCorp Vault
  • AWS KMS/ACM
  • Fortanix
• Experience working in financial services, retail, or other regulated industries
• Cloud security engineering background (AWS, Azure, GCP)

What You’ll Do As an Information Security Engineer III, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade encryption, key management, and certificate management solutions.
• Partner with compliance and audit teams to ensure systems adhere to industry standards such as NIST, PCI-DSS, and ISO frameworks.
• Support governance initiatives by ensuring security controls are implemented, monitored, and documented.
• Provide subject matter expertise on PKI, TLS/SSL, HSMs, and key lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to integrate secure key and certificate solutions into enterprise environments.
• Respond to audit findings, remediate gaps, and prepare systems for regulatory reviews.
• Drive automation of certificate/key lifecycle processes to reduce operational risk.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to security architecture roadmaps.
