About the Role We are building a
next-generation Retail Media Network (RMN) that leverages first-party shopper data and our retail ecosystem to deliver impactful advertising solutions for brands while enhancing the customer experience.
As a
Principal Product Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the
vision, strategy, and roadmap of the RMN platform. You’ll work cross-functionally across engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and merchandising to deliver
enterprise-grade ad products, campaign management tools, targeting capabilities, attribution solutions, and self-service advertiser platforms.
This is a
senior-level, high-impact role requiring deep subject matter expertise, strategic influence, and hands-on technical product delivery experience in the
ad tech/martech/retail media space.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Retail Media Network.
- Lead development of ad products, APIs, self-service platforms, campaign management, targeting, reporting, and attribution solutions.
- Partner with engineering on data pipelines, ad serving, identity resolution, clean room integrations, and measurement platforms.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) while balancing advertiser ROI and customer experience.
- Drive product adoption and innovation in a two-sided marketplace (retailers + advertisers).
- Evangelize RMN strategy across executives, advertisers, and internal stakeholders.
- Own 0→1 product delivery, from initial strategy through scaling adoption and optimization.
Required Qualifications - 12+ years of progressive product management experience.
- 5+ years in ad tech, martech, or retail media.
- Strong technical fluency in ad delivery systems, APIs, DSPs/SSPs, ad servers, attribution models, and identity resolution.
- Proven ability to launch and scale complex platforms and tools in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of retail data, shopper behavior, and closed-loop measurement.
- Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with privacy-first design and regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Nice to Have - Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-facing platforms.
- Exposure to machine learning-driven personalization and targeting.
- Familiarity with data clean rooms (Snowflake, Habu, LiveRamp).
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
