Job Title: Technical Product Owner – Domain Services III
Location: Cincinnati, OH – Downtown (On-site)
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of Mastered Data Products supporting critical Deposit and Loan domains. This role requires a unique blend of product management expertise, technical acumen, and business alignment to drive data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Leadership: Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Domain Services.
- Backlog Ownership: Prioritize, refine, and sequence stories and epics to maximize both business value and technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery.
- Data Governance: Champion enterprise data quality standards, lineage, and controls within product design.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the voice of the customer and regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business/regulatory needs.
- Agile Enablement: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and support squad adoption of agile best practices.
- Strategic Impact: Translate enterprise data and regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables while balancing short-term results with long-term scalability.
