What You’ll Focus On

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
• Deployment Solutions: Implement and deploy our SaaS and on-premises solutions for high performance and reliability.
• Team Leadership: Manage a small team of remote developers, providing guidance and support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive products.
• Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining code quality.

• Experienced Developer: 3+ years in backend development with a focus on deploying SaaS and on-premises solutions.
• Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Python; experience with Azure, C#, Qdrant, and Solr is a plus.
