The Role
Working within an established and growing Building Services division, you'll take ownership of an expanding desk servicing national accounts across Australia. With no geographical restrictions, you'll have the freedom to grow your market, build client relationships, and drive new business within a high-demand sector.

• Manage and grow with in the building services end-to-end
• Proactively headhunt and engage high-quality talent
• Write strong, realistic job briefs and adverts
• Run the full lifecycle: screening, interviews, shortlisting, offers
• Build genuine client relationships by phone and face-to-face
• Win new business through delivery, referrals and trust

What you'll bring

• 1–2 years' experience as a recruitment consultant with in an agency and willing to learn 360 recruitment
• Perth / WA based
• Strong client relationship skills (phone and face-to-face)
• Ability to source across multiple roles
• Confidence managing briefs, adverts, interviews and placements
• An ownership mindset and drive to grow your desk
• Clear, consistent communication
