About the Role:
As a senior will work closely with the Manager and a small team across:

• Manage end-to-end air and sea import/export shipments via CargoWise
• Handle pre-alerts, bookings, customs clearance, and documentation
• Track shipments, update clients, and resolve any issues
• Coordinate delivery, PODs, and close files accurately
• Control detention/demurrage and ensure compliance standards
• Complete costing, invoicing, KPI reporting, and reconciliations
• Liaise with clients, customs, carriers, and raise non-conformances

  
What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Located In Brisbane | North 
• 5+ years freight forwarding across air and sea import/export
• Strong documentation knowledge including customs and Incoterms
• Confident using CargoWise in a high-volume environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Clear communicator with a team-first, client-focused approach
• Full working rights (AU / NZ) and willing to obtain Police Clearance
• Bilingual skills highly regarded
