About the Role:
Take your next step up from a import / export coordinator or operator to a  Freight Forwarding Supervisor. Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible to:

• Support and grow the team of 1 - 5+ staff across Projects imports & exports
• Work on pre established desk of clients
• Apply knowledge of systems like CargoWise and able to learn clients systems
• Assist with compliance, documentation and tracking
• Supporting project freight forwarding activities, coordinating complex logistics for specialised cargo.
• Start 4-6 weeks with full team support and onboarding  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience with import/export operations, customs clearance, and projects (Must have) 
• Have managed and trained teams of 5+ staff members
• Motivation to learn or stay active in the industry
• Great communication and a team-first attitude
• Australian Citizen / PR / NZ Citizen
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
• A current driver’s licence and/or forklift licence (preferred).
