About the Role
As a Business Development / Sales Manager you will be reporting into the General Manager and you'll:

• Drive new business acquisition across international import, export and project freight
• Build and grow a sustainable, profitable client portfolio
• Develop tailored logistics solutions aligned to client supply chain needs
• Prepare competitive pricing, tenders and commercial proposals
• Negotiate rates, contracts and long-term service agreement
• Manage pipeline activity, forecasting and revenue targets
• Work closely with operations to ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally deliverable

  
What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics
• Proven success in business development or sales
• Strong knowledge of international freight, Incoterms and supply chain solutions
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• CargoWise experience(Desirable)
• Exposure to project freight(Desirable)
