About the role
Reporting to the Associate Directors within a high-performing Business Advisory division, you will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting both compliance and advisory services. This opportunity offers exposure to complex client work, business decision-making and long-term career development within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns across a diverse client portfolio
- Assist with BAS preparation, compliance reviews and advisory support
- Work closely with senior team members on business advisory projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage day-to-day queries
- Collaborate with both local and offshore teams to deliver seamless client outcomes
- Review offshore team work once trained and confident within the role
Key Requirements For Success - Minimum 3+ years’ experience within public practice accounting
- Strong understanding of tax compliance and financial reporting processes
- Previous exposure to business advisory services
- Experience working with a diverse client portfolio
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software highly regarded
- Positive attitude with a proactive and growth-focused mindset
