About the Role
- Lead and manage a team of state-based schedulers
- Own end-to-end job scheduling and workforce coordination
- Act as the primary client contact pre and post service delivery
- Drive KPI compliance, productivity and service outcomes
- Partner closely with operations and service leadership teams
What You’ll Need to Succeed - Minimum 3 years experience in scheduling, coordination or operations management
- Located in Northern Territory with unlimited Australian working rights
- Proven people leadership and team management capability
- Strong experience with scheduling and job management systems
- High attention to detail across data, timesheets and reporting
- Confident client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
