About the Role

• Lead and manage a team of state-based schedulers
• Own end-to-end job scheduling and workforce coordination
• Act as the primary client contact pre and post service delivery
• Drive KPI compliance, productivity and service outcomes
• Partner closely with operations and service leadership teams

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 3 years experience in scheduling, coordination or operations management
• Located in Northern Territory with unlimited Australian working rights 
• Proven people leadership and team management capability
• Strong experience with scheduling and job management systems
• High attention to detail across data, timesheets and reporting
• Confident client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
