About the Role
As a Field Sales Manager you will be reporting into the General Manager and you'll:
- Drive new business acquisition across international import, export and project freight
- Build and grow a sustainable, profitable client portfolio
- Develop tailored logistics solutions aligned to client supply chain needs
- Prepare competitive pricing, tenders and commercial proposals
- Negotiate rates, contracts and long-term service agreements
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting and revenue targets
- Work closely with operations to ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally deliverable
What You’ll Need to Succeed - Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics
- Proven success in business development or sales
- Strong knowledge of international freight, Incoterms and supply chain solutions
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to work on site - Sydney
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- CargoWise experience(Desirable)
- Exposure to project freight(Desirable)
