About the role
Reporting to the Manager of WA you will:
- Own WA territory across metro and regional
- Target large-scale electrical projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets
- Build pipeline through active prospecting and lead generation
- Win new business and secure project specifications
- Maintain and grow relationships with contractors and wholesalers
- Deliver technical presentations and persuasive proposals
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Align with internal teams on timelines and availability
- Report on pipeline progress, wins and market activity
What You’ll Need to Succeed - Proven success in B2B or project-based sales - Trades space preferred
- Strong business development background
- Experience selling to builders, hotels or contractors
- Long-term work history with consistent performance
- Confident presenter and skilled negotiator
- Comfortable managing regional travel and CRM systems
