About the role
Reporting to the Carpenter Supervisor you will be :

• Read and interpret plans and technical drawings without second guessing yourself
• Build solid frameworks and structural components that actually stand the test of time
• Install doors, windows and custom fittings with precision
• Deliver clean, high quality finishes you are proud to put your name on
• Keep safety and site standards tight, no shortcuts
• Roll up your sleeves and be an all rounder when the job calls for it  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Solid experience in roofing, framing, building and home repairs
• Able to crack on solo but just as sharp working in a small crew
• Confident reading plans and layouts without second guessing
• Clear communicator with clients, suppliers and the team on site
• White Card and a current WA driver’s licence
• Cert III in Carpentry

• $60 to $68 an hour plus super. FIFO money, but you’re home at the end of the week
• Full time, permanent. Proper stability
• Relocation packages up for grabs, Newman or Port Hedland

• Shared accommodation available. $150 a room, $50 utilities per week
• Paid travel time. You earn from the moment your day kicks off
• Monday to Saturday, minimum 40 hours a week. Solid, steady hours
• Uniform provided. No mucking around

You’ll be joining a growing maintenance crew keeping the Pilbara ticking. From solar, plumbing and gas to HVAC, electrical and more, they cover it all.
You’ll work across government, residential and mining sites, delivering quality maintenance and repairs that keep homes liveable and sites running strong.
