About the Role
In this role, you will manage contracts from initial preparation through to final close-out, supporting project teams with contract administration and advice throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll liaise closely with clients, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining accurate contract records, variations and documentation. You will also play a key role in supporting compliance across safety, quality and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering contracts across industrial and commercial construction projects
- Managing subcontractor scopes, variations and progress claims
- Supporting project managers with procurement, cost tracking and contract compliance
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, registers and contract correspondence
- Reviewing contract terms to support risk management and commercial outcomes
- Coordinating communication between site teams, suppliers, consultants and clients
- Assisting with internal reporting, audits and project close-out documentation
Key Requirements for Success - Demonstrated experience in contract or project administration roles
- Strong understanding of commercial and industrial project environments
- Sound knowledge of WHS and compliance obligations
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator when dealing with clients, suppliers and teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
