The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality fiberglass repairs, panel work, and finishing, ensuring every job meets our strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess damage and determine the best repair method
• Carry out fiberglass repairs, laminating, bonding, and finishing
• Replace panels, extrusions, and structural components as required
• Sand, prep, and refinish surfaces to a high standard
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, safe workspace
• Work closely with supervisors and other trades to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a skilled tradesperson who combines technical ability with pride in workmanship:
Proven experience in fiberglass repair, body building, or panel work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
Experience reading job cards and repair instructions
Knowledge of safe handling of materials, chemicals, and equipment
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Experience in transport, trailers, or heavy vehicles (highly regarded)
