Responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers within the yard and workshop areas, supporting daily workshop operations and maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the yard tug to position trailers for service, wash, or inspection.
• Assist with trailer movements to and from designated bays, wash area, or storage zones.
• Support workshop and parts teams with general yard duties, including housekeeping and waste management.
• Conduct basic trailer pre-move checks (brakes, lights, coupling) to ensure safe handling.
• Maintain clear communication with service advisors and technicians to coordinate trailer flow.
• Assist with site presentation and general maintenance of outdoor work areas.

Skills and Experience:

• Current driver’s licence (HC or yard tug experience preferred).
• Strong awareness of safety and traffic management in a workshop environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
