The Fast-Track Deal:

• Fully Funded & Paid: We cover the training costs while you earn a wage from day one.
• Free Accommodation in Adelaide: For our interstate recruits or those travelling from afar, we provide full accommodation and travel for the duration of the 8-week intensive block.

The Selection Process:

1. Teams Discovery: An initial meet-and-greet to explain the program and travel.
2. Aptitude Testing: A comprehensive suite including psychometric, numerical, and verbal reasoning to find our Final 12.
3. The Launch: Head to our service site for 8 weeks of immersion and expert-led training.
