The Opportunity
Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for variety in your workday? We are expanding our team in Wendouree and seeking a Painter. As not all your time will be spent in the paint booth, we are looking for someone who is happy to pivot between painting and preparation operations. This is a secure role with a market leader committed to safety and quality.

Your Role: What you’ll be doing

• Paint Operations: Preparing surfaces (sanding, masking, priming) and applying high-quality paint and finishes to trucks and trailers.
• Quality & Safety: Maintaining a clean, organised work area and strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Working effectively with the broader workshop team to meet production deadlines and provide exceptional service.

About You

• Qualifications: Ideally you are trade qualified or possess relevant experience in spray painting.
• Technical Skills: Experience with industrial two-pack spray painting and knowledge of automotive finishes.
• Versatility: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the willingness to jump into different tasks as needed.
• Requirements: Strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work independently.
