Leading Hand Welder | Afternoon Shift (Brooklyn)

The Role
As a vital member of our Manufacturing team, you won’t just be welding—you’ll be leading. You will:

• Lead & Mentor: Guide your team to bring complex engineering designs to life.
• Ensure Quality: Oversee the service and repair of high-quality trailers and parts, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
• Expert Fabrication: Perform and supervise general welding (MIG), cutting, grinding, and drilling.
• Operate Specialised Gear: Confidently utilise hand/power tools and cranes.

• Proven Leadership: Experience leading a team is essential for this role.
• Technical Mastery: You are a qualified, highly competent tradesperson.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in automotive welding is highly preferred.
