Freighter is seeking a passionate and driven Production Senior Supervisor to join our thriving manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading and optimising a main production line, ensuring we deliver high-quality products with maximum efficiency. As the Production Senior Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance our overall operational excellence. MUST HAVE MANAGED over 50 people.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in production engineering and a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Operational acumen with a clear grasp of "what good looks like" in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication, and sound decision-making abilities
• Hands-on experience in managing manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement
• Ability to lead the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, focusing on reducing variability, waste, and cycle time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal exposure to or certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with digitization and advanced automation technology
• Proven background in formal project planning and delivery
