• Spearhead the design, planning, and execution of data management strategies across SAP systems
• Collaborate closely with business experts, functional teams, and technical leads to ensure seamless integration
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to your data management team

Preferred Requirements

• Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP data management, including hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations
• Proficiency in utilizing data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, or similar
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end SAP migration projects, preferably including at least one to SAP Public Cloud
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to align diverse teams
• Ability to ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation throughout migration cycles

• Extensive experience in SAP data management leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA and related technologies
