Freighter Group is looking for a motivated and safety-focused Terminal Tug Driver/Yard Hand to join our busy Service Team in Brooklyn, VIC. This hands-on role is a crucial part of our operations and offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 - $38 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.
The Role: What you'll be doing
You'll be a key player in keeping our yard running smoothly, handling a variety of tasks that keep our business moving. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating a terminal tug to move trailers to and from the workshop efficiently.
• Organising and maintaining an efficient yard for new and serviced trailers.
• Ensuring the yard is clean and safe, adhering to all company regulations.
• Assisting with general yard duties, including parts handling and deliveries.

About You: What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a proactive, can-do attitude who is committed to a safety-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
• Licences (HC/MC and Forklift): While these are preferred, they are not essential. We are willing to support the right person in obtaining the necessary licences and certifications.
