Your Impactful Role:

• Front-Line Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact during the afternoon, building and nurturing robust relationships with our diverse customer base.
• Precision Administration: Expertly manage all administrative functions, including accurate estimating, meticulous quoting, streamlined invoicing, and proactive, timely customer communication.
• Operational Synergy: Flawlessly coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure efficient service delivery and project completion.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion our unwavering commitment to safety protocols and contribute actively to maintaining exemplary operational standards.
• Problem-Solving & Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer needs, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes.
