What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensuring Data Accuracy: Be instrumental in maintaining the utmost accuracy of our inventory data. You'll collect and analyse crucial parts information, lead regular stock counts, and proactively resolve any discrepancies, contributing to robust preventative strategies.
• Mastering Systems & Processes: Become proficient in our advanced inventory management software (e.g., JDE/SAP), ensuring data integrity and contributing innovative ideas to continuously enhance our processes and efficiency. You'll precisely manage inventory adjustments, collaborating closely with our accounting team.
• Supporting Production & Planning: Directly support our production teams by ensuring timely part availability and swiftly resolving any inventory-related issues. You'll also play a key role in generating insightful reports that inform production planning and pre-empt potential challenges, efficiently addressing all inventory queries.
