• Proficiency in designing and developing production jigs and fixtures using SolidWorks
• Experience liaising with Manufacturing Managers and Work Centre Leaders to streamline production processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve production issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Familiarity with production manufacturing techniques and a deep understanding of quality control standards
• Knowledge of programming robots in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements and optimizations
