About the role:
We are on the hunt for a team player who can bring with them their excellent customer service skills & experience. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide exemplary service to make sure our customers feel valued and supported at all times.
Good news - we're hiring two people into this role! One will be dedicated to our Dezignatek doors range, while the other will cover our broader product range, so if that's your area of expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing and maintaining customer orders
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing credit notes
- Resolving customer issues as and when they arise
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
- Deliver the customer the best possible service, on time, every time
About you:
You pride yourself in providing supreme service and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role and requires someone with a good level of confidence, who is ready to get stuck in and get the job done. You also enjoy having fun while working and have a great sense of humour.
You’ll possess the following which will see you succeed in this role:
- 2+ years’ Customer Service experience
- Passion for helping others and solving problems
- Confidence on the phone and being able to build rapport with a diverse range of people
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
