Dezignatek, part of NZ Panels Group, is looking for reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in East Tamaki.

We are seeking experienced individuals across several areas of our production operation, including:

• CNC Machine Operators
• Press Machine Operators
• Sanding Operators
• Packing & Dispatch Team Members

About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality panel products for the New Zealand market. Successful applicants will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and health and safety.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Experience operating CNC machinery, press equipment, sanding equipment, or dispatch processes
• Ability to follow production schedules and work instructions
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Forklift licence is an advantage

Dezignatek is a large manufacturer of thermoform doors, drawers and panels in New Zealand. We also offer a custom cut and clash finishing service for melamine, acrylic and laminate.  Our CNC capabilities mean we can offer ready-to-paint MDF doors.
