About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced class 4 truck driver to join our team based in East Tamaki, Auckland.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe, friendly and efficient delivery service to our customers
- Loading, securing, and unloading products in a safe manner according to our procedures
- Driving safely, always observing the road rules and speed limits
- Administration of delivery dockets and documentation
- Regular maintenance and upkeep of truck
- Assorted warehousing duties
About you: To be successful in this role, you will be reliable, self-motivated, customer focused, physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs), have a positive attitude and be safety conscious at all times.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- A clean driving record
- Class 4 Heavy Vehicle driver license
- Great communication skills and a focus on customer service
- A good level of fitness, strength and agility
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to safety
