About the Role
We are seeking a driven and personable Specification and Trade Account Manager based in Auckland to join our Mercer sales team at NZ Panels Group. Reporting to the Mercer Sales Manager, in this dynamic role, you will be responsible for building relationships and driving product specifications with Architects and Designers, along with Building and Plumbing Merchants. Your focus will be ensuring our products are top of mind and specified in the early stages, right through to the ordering stage through the Merchant channel.
The key to your success will be building strong, long-term client relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to grow your account portfolio. You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own call cycles and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
About You
You’ll bring at least 5 years of proven account management experience and be confident operating in both hunter and farmer modes. A true self-starter, you’re driven by results, thrive on building relationships, and have a solutions-focused mindset.
