Reporting to the Group Credit Manager, you will play an integral part to support our business in various accounts functions. Your role will have you communicate with our customers daily, the wider finance team and employees from our business units across New Zealand, namely sales staff, customer services, managers and senior sales managers. Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to;
- Payment allocations
- Reconciling and processing bank transactions
- Processing account applications
- Payment follow up with customers
- Providing some support to the Group Accounts Payable Team Leader
You are a talented Accounts Administrator and pride yourself in your level of attention to detail and efficiency. You enjoy getting stuck into tasks and are flexible to carry out any ad-hoc requirements, highlighting your multi-tasking skills. You have a great sense of humour, will enjoy working in a small dynamic team and are a team player. To be successful in this role, you;
- Have 1-2 years minimum Accounts experience
- Have exposure to Excel
- Can think on your feet
- Have exposure to ERP systems is preferred but not essential
- Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Have experience liaising with customers
