This respected accountancy practice known for outstanding client relationships, technical excellence, and a supportive, collaborative culture are seeking an experienced Personal or Mixed Tax Professional to join their expanding tax team and play a key role in shaping client outcomes and future success.
 
The Role
 
This is a varied and rewarding role offering genuine autonomy, exposure to complex advisory work, and the chance to work closely with private clients or corporate clients on a variety of tax matters. You'll have the platform to deepen client relationships and contribute meaningfully to the firm's ongoing growth.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private clients
• Review personal and partnership tax returns, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with UK tax legislation
• Provide high‑quality advisory support across a wide range of personal tax matters, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
• Act as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact, building long‑term relationships based on trust and technical expertise
• Contribute to business development activity, including client meetings, proposals, and identifying new advisory opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior team members, supporting their professional development
• Assist with workflow planning, resource management, and ensuring key deadlines are consistently met
