Process Worker - Meat Processing Facility Immediate Start | Ongoing Casual Positions | Multiple Shifts Available
Haymond Personnel is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers to join a busy and well-established meat processing facility located in Blacktown. If you're looking for stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role working in a cold, wet environment, where you'll be part of a team preparing and packing quality meat products for distribution.
Shift Options
We have a variety of shifts available, including:

• Early Morning: From 4:00am
• Day Shift: From 5:00am
• Afternoon Shift: From 1:00pm
• Evening Shifts From 3:00pm

Please note: Start and finish times may vary depending on production requirements, so flexibility is essential.
About the Role
Duties may include:

• Meat preparation and processing.
• Packing finished products ready for distribution.
• Labelling and quality checking products.
• Working on production lines.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
• General manual handling and housekeeping duties.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures.

As production requirements change, you may work across different sections of the facility.
About You
To be successful, you will have:

• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• The ability to work in a cold and wet environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and varying start times.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to perform repetitive manual tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• A strong commitment to food safety, quality and workplace safety.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or meat processing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
