Industrial Painter - Casual Ongoing Role Immediate Start | Full-Time Hours Available
Haymond Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join a busy industrial worksite on a casual ongoing basis. This role offers consistent full-time hours, an immediate start and the opportunity to work with a well-established business.
You will be responsible for painting both office spaces and factory/industrial areas, delivering high-quality finishes while working safely within an active industrial environment.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling and masking.
• Painting internal office areas and industrial factory spaces.
• Applying paints and coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment where required.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Protecting surrounding equipment and surfaces during painting works.
• Assisting with general site duties as required.
• Adhering to all Workplace Health & Safety procedures.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 5 years' painting experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transport to and from work.

Desirable (but Not Essential)

• Painting trade qualification.
• White Card.
• Experience using airless spray equipment.
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket.
