General Hand - Spray Painting & ManufacturingPermanent Full-Time | Immediate Start
Haymond Personnel is currently seeking a motivated and reliable General Hand to join a well-established manufacturing business specialising in the spray painting and finishing of steel components.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with a company that offers excellent work-life balance, finishing at 12:00pm every Friday.
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm
About the Role
Working within a busy production team, you'll play an important role in preparing, finishing and assembling steel components throughout the manufacturing process.
Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the preparation and spray painting of steel components.
• Hanging steel parts ready for the spray booth.
• Using grinders and hand tools to smooth and prepare finished surfaces.
• Picking and packing completed customer orders.
• Assembling finished products and components.
• General manual handling and production duties.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Working collaboratively to meet daily production targets.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory or production environment.
• Experience using grinders and other hand tools (preferred).
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• A steady employment history demonstrating reliability.
• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling throughout the shift.
• Reliable transport to travel to and from work.
