Our client is a well-established Australian-owned company specialising in innovative wastewater and water treatment solutions. Operating within an ISO9001 accredited environment, they provide an extensive range of potable water systems, domestic and commercial wastewater treatment plants, spare parts and servicing solutions across Australia.
With a strong reputation built on technical excellence, environmental sustainability and outstanding customer service, they are now seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Technical Sales & Account Manager to join their growing Queensland team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships and working closely with customers to provide tailored environmental and wastewater treatment solutions.
You will play a key role in growing installer and agent networks across Queensland while managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the wastewater treatment industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow installer, agent and customer networks across Queensland
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings to understand wastewater treatment requirements
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations
• Manage customer pricing and account relationships
• Work collaboratively with technical and operations teams to deliver customised solutions
• Liaise regularly with installers, plumbers, plumbing merchants and wastewater designers
• Provide technical product advice and application support
• Manage warranty enquiries and records
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities
• Contribute to overall business growth and sales targets

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in technical sales, account management or customer support
• Exposure to water treatment, wastewater, environmental services, industrial equipment or similar industries
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated and organised approach to managing your territory
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn wastewater treatment systems
• Current driver's licence
• Experience using CRM systems (Sage experience highly regarded)
