About the Role
This is a true full-cycle recruitment role where you will:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Drive new business development
- Source, screen, and place both blue-collar and white-collar professionals
- Build and manage your own recruitment desk
- Service clients across warehouse & logistics, manufacturing, and local government sectors
- Support workforce needs ranging from operational staff through to professional and corporate roles
- Be rewarded directly for your performance and results

Additionally, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role that was customer focused, sales & managing existing accounts
- Ideally 2+ years' experience across temporary and/or permanent recruitment
- Applicants who have no prior experience in recruitment will still be considered based on sales experience and capability of managing a database
- A track record of strong sales performance and measurable achievements
- The ability to demonstrate your business development activity and results
- Experience using systems and ability to learn new ones
