Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards in line with the fine dining ethos.
- Work across multiple sections of the kitchen, including hot and cold sections.
- Assist with pastry preparation as required, with scope for development.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
- Participate in menu development, incorporating seasonal, locally sourced and home-farm ingredients.
- Ensure efficient stock control and minimise waste.
