Head Chef - Luxury Highland Hotel
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Accommodation: Live-in available
We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to manage the kitchen at a prestigious boutique hotel in the Scottish Highlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef to take full creative control of a fine dining operation in a stunning rural setting.
The Role:

• Lead a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality seasonal menus.
• Oversee fine dining evening service and breakfast offering - no lunch service required.
• Work with premium produce and suppliers to design and implement exceptional dishes.
• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including stock control, ordering, compliance, and training.
• Utilise a state-of-the-art Athanor cooking suite.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience at Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef level in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, able to inspire and manage a small team.
• Passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce.
• Organised, creative, and committed to the highest culinary standards.

The Package:

• £35,000 per year
