We're recruiting a talented Chef de Partie on behalf of a dynamic and high-volume hospitality venue located in the heart of Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced kitchen team serving elevated pub classics, creative bar snacks, and traditional Sunday roasts in a lively city-centre setting.
 
What's on offer:

• £13.75 per hour + tips (circa £2/hour)
• 30-50 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
• A busy, energetic kitchen environment with strong team culture

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
• Calm under pressure, dependable, and a strong team player
• Eager to learn and develop under experienced senior chefs
