Sous Chef - City Centre Bar & Venue | Edinburgh | £33,500 + Strong Tip Levels
 
We're looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at one of Edinburgh's newest and busiest city-centre bars. Serving all-day food including elevated pub classics, bar snacks and proper Sunday roasts, this venue is carving out a reputation for it's original take on pub food alongside live music and sport.
 
The Role

• £33,500 salary + strong tips.
• Take responsibility for the kitchen 3 days per week.
• Work with a new Head Chef putting in place systems, menus, and procedures.
• Busy, lively environment. 

About You

• Proven Sous Chef experience (or strong Senior CDP ready to step up).
• Comfortable leading service in a high-volume kitchen.
• Organised, dependable, and a positive team player.
• Diligent in all aspects of kitchen hygiene and compliance.
