The candidate

We’re looking for an engaging and passionate Building Surveyor with a hunger to drive their business forward in the London region. A natural leader with the necessary technical capability, you will be confident in your ability to lead a section of the team, develop new business and build on existing accounts.

Requirements;

• MRICS preferred but not essential
• Consultancy experience, preferably with public sector project experience
• Commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development
• Be able to manage your own workload
• Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects
• Good communication and client facing skills
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge
• An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
