Ashe Munro Recruitment is building a talent pool of experienced Higher Education professionals for upcoming opportunities across Western Australia.

We partner with leading universities and education providers and are keen to connect with talented professionals interested in temporary, contract and permanent positions across a variety of administrative, student-facing and operational functions.

We are particularly interested in speaking with:

• Executive Assistants
• School Operations Officers
• Academic Support Officers
• Student Services Officers
• Student Engagement Officers

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to academic schools, faculties, research centres and leadership teams
• Supporting student services, engagement programs, orientation activities and student experience initiatives
• Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
• Assisting with academic administration, timetabling, enrolments and program coordination
• Preparing reports, correspondence, presentations and documentation
• Supporting research projects, committees and governance activities
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and student information systems
• Liaising with students, academic staff and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
• Assisting with events, workshops, information sessions and campus activities
• Contributing to operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience within a university, higher education institution or complex service-based organisation
• Strong administrative, coordination or project support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office and business systems
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
• Experience with university systems such as Callista, Student One, Moodle, Blackboard, Akari or Syllabus Plus will be highly regarded
