Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator seeking your next contract opportunity?

These opportunities sit within fast-paced, purpose-driven environments where your ability to provide high-level support, manage competing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships will be highly valued. Many of our contracts also offer a strong pathway into longer-term or ongoing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level executive support including complex diary and inbox management
• Prepare agendas, briefing papers and executive documentation
• Coordinate meetings, events and stakeholder engagement
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
• Support governance processes including committees and board reporting
• Manage competing priorities in dynamic, fast-moving environments

We’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced diary and email management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office and core business systems
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• Experience within education, government or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded
