We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a leading organisation within the higher education sector. This is a 3–6 month contract opportunity supporting a central portfolio.

This role operates at a portfolio level, focussing on coordinating initiatives, establishing visibility across multiple workstreams, and driving progress against key strategic priorities.This role would suit someone highly organised who enjoys connecting the dots across initiatives and ensuring progress is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to capture current initiatives, priorities and timelines
• Develop and maintain a centralised view of current initiatives
• Translate initiatives into clear, coordinated execution plans
• Track progress, monitor timelines and provide regular status updates
• Identify risks, delays or gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve them
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure initiatives are progressing
• Support priority projects with research, coordination and implementation activities
• Prepare reports, summaries and updates for senior leadership

We are looking for:

• Experience operating at a Project Coordinator or Project Officer level 
• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and bring structure to complex environments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator, able to engage with senior leaders and drive outcomes
• Strong written and analytical capability, with attention to detail
• Systems savvy, with experience using project tracking or reporting tools
• Experience within the higher education sector is highly regarded, though not essential.
