We’re currently seeking experienced professionals to support teams across academic, corporate and student-facing functions within a range of temporary roles.

These opportunities sit within purpose-led environments and would suit candidates who enjoy variety, bring a proactive mindset, and are comfortable working across administrative and project support or student-facing functions. 

About the Roles

Depending on the assignment, you may support academic programs, student life initiatives or broader corporate and operational teams. These roles play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery across teaching, engagement and operational activities. Responsibilities may include a mix of administrative, coordination and student-facing work, tailored to each placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and project support to academic programs, student life and corporate teams
• Coordinating student life activities, orientation programs and engagement initiatives
• Acting as a key point of contact for students, providing guidance, support and referrals as required
• Supporting the delivery of events, welcome activities and internal engagement programs
• Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and ensuring timely follow-up of actions
• Preparing briefing notes, reports, presentations and documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting general office administration
• Liaising with students,  corporate or academic staff to ensure effective service delivery

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience
• Proven administrative experience in a higher education, research or complex organisational setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging across diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, calm and solutions-focused approach
• Strong Microsoft Office capability and confidence learning new systems
• Experience using systems such as Blackboard, Moodle, Callista, Student One, Syllabus Plus or Akari will be highly regarded, though training can be provided
