We’re seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our University client on a 3–6 month contract with potential for extension or permanency. You will provide senior executive, governance and operational support within a small, highly collaborative team. The team supports a large and complex directorate, and they’re looking for someone dependable, professional and adaptable who contributes positively to a shared team culture and is comfortable stepping in to support colleagues where needed.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by coordinating governance activities, preparing documentation, supporting meetings and managing workflows across the team. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring processes, paperwork and day-to-day operations run efficiently, with a strong emphasis on organisation, precision and clear communication.
