Are you ready to make an impact in a rewarding environment, we’re recruiting for multiple Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant and Project Support roles within prestigious education and for-purpose sector organisations, offering opportunities ranging from 3 to 6 months with the potential for extension or longer-term appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage senior leaders' complex diaries and emails, coordinate meetings, and ensure schedules align with strategic goals.
• Oversee various projects, from briefing materials to action follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and manage internal/external communications.
• Organise domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with invoicing, credit card reconciliations, and other financial processes.
• Facilitate onboarding, team-building activities, and professional development sessions.
• Ensure adherence to policies, governance standards, and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven background in senior administrative, personal assistant, or project support roles.
• Exceptional skills in managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and other digital tools.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and provide top-tier service.
• While not essential, experience or a genuine passion for making a difference in the education, health, research, or not-for-profit sectors is highly valued.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
